Property Management Support
We are looking for a new Ambassador for our successful Agency. You will be the face, voice and provide the first impression of our business. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.
Main aspects of your role include:
-Exceptional customer service
- Great time management
-Taking pride in your role and embracing the position
-General reception duties, answering/transferring calls, taking clear and concise messages
-Daily general administration tasks including receipting, banking and filing
-Property Management
- Using our online booking system
-Keeping both reception and front area well presented at all times
To be considered for this job you must be able to bring the following to the team:
-Impeccable self-presentation and able to conduct yourself professionally at all times
-High organization skills, task/goal oriented, exceptional time management and problem solving skills
-Confident and clear communication skills and great with people
-Ability to multi-task, work unsupervised and fit in with the team
-Provide a five star customer service experience to all of our clients
-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook
-Eager and willing to learn - possible future growth within the business
-General interest in the real estate industry and local community
-Career driven – great attitude – reliable – honest - ability to adapt to change
Desired Skills (not compulsory):
-Previous reception/ administration experience
-Experience in Console commuting software
-Currently hold a Certificate or commencing Certificate in Real Estate Sales Registration
-Completed Senior Education Year 12 or TAFE equivalent
-Hold a NSW driver’s licence
