Holidaying

How do I secure my holiday booking?
If the arrival date of your holiday is more than 6 months away, you only have to pay a $200 Holding Deposit to secure your booking.
If the arrival date of your holiday is less than 6 months away, you will have to pay 50% of the booking plus the booking fee.
The total cost of your booking must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
You can book up to one (1) year in advance. Current guests have booking rights for their designated holiday destination and dates (eg. wanting to stay in same place, same dates, the following year), which they need to secure on their departure date or 2 weeks thereafter.  If they do not secure within this time, the holiday period becomes available for anyone else to secure.
If the property is pet friendly. Any damages or more cleaning then necessary needed due to your animal will need to be paid for out of your expense.
We do send payment reminders to your email address. If we have not heard from you, we will call you to see if you still want to go ahead with booking. In most cases, we will not cancel a booking until we have spoken to you.
Yes, friends can pick keys up for the booking as long as they know the name of the booking and have been approved by you. If this is the case, we need to be contacted and made aware.
For each booking, we require a security deposit form filled out and signed, with a nominated credit card noted thereon. A completed security deposit form must be provided to us prior to you entering the property, in case any damage or additional cleaning costs are incurred as a result of your stay.  In either of these cases, we will contact you to discuss and to advise the amount we will be deducting from your nominated credit card provided on the security deposit form.  In most cases, no further expenses will be incurred as a result of your stay, and upon your departure, we ensure that your security deposit form is destroyed in such a way to keep your details protected from any fraudulent activity.
